Sixteen years ago, the resistance group known as French 75 freed 200 prisoners in one fell swoop from the clutches of the ruthless United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. Afterward, the resistance fighters, including Bob Ferguson, known to everyone as Ghetto Pat, vanished from the scene. Today, Bob is driven by paranoia, fearing that former ICE Colonel Steven J. Lockjaw is still hunting him and seeking revenge. This concern seems at least somewhat justified, as Lockjaw has now gone completely off the deep end and is a member of the racist militia Christian Adventurer Club - and he has targeted Bob´s daughter Willa.
